The 84th annual St. Patrick's Day Parade starts Friday at 1 p.m. and ends at the intersection of Central Avenue and Halsey Street around 2:30 p.m.

Bob Weir will perform at the Count Basie Center for the Arts in Red Bank at 8 p.m.
