Police: Officer hurt, 9 arrested during fight at high school

JERSEY CITY -

A fight at a Hudson County high school led to an injured police officer and nine arrests.

Jersey City police say a fight broke out inside Snyder High School Wednesday afternoon and that police were eventually called.

A police officer suffered a minor injury during the incident, according to police.

Eight juveniles and an adult were arrested, but it was not clear what charges they may face.

No other injuries were reported.
