A woman wanted for aggravated assault in Texas has been arrested at a hotel in Hasbrouck Heights.

The arrest happened Sunday at the Hilton Hotel off Polifly Rd, between Routes 17 and 80.

According to police, Varri Special Harrison, 27, was taken into custody on aggravated domestic violence assault charges.

Police then discovered a fugitive warrant out of Dallas County for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Harrison remained held in the Bergen County Jail pending extradition proceedings.
