“The Sandlot” is getting a reboot on the small screen, more than 25 years after it was released in theaters.

A TV series inspired by the 1993 film is apparently in the works with many of the original cast members signing on to reprise their roles, according to the film's writer and director David Mickey Evans.

The Hollywood Reporter says the show already has a two-season order from an undisclosed streaming service.

It’s the second big 'Sandlot' project announced in less than 12 months, as a prequel film was reportedly in the development stage back in August.
