Police: 4 arrests linked to LepreCon

Police say they had four arrests this year linked to LepreCon, and none were sexual assaults or contacts.

Police Chief Ken Ferrante says no one was seriously injured and that 12 city ordinance violations were issued.

City ordinance violations were three times higher last year.

Extra crews were dispatched Saturday to crack down on code enforcement and safety.
