Police: Homeowner ‘unaware’ dozens of mostly underage teens drinking on property

Police in Morris Township say a man has been charged after dozens of teenagers, mostly underage, were found on his property drinking alcohol.
According to police, up to 80 teens were at the home of Cesar Quispe, and police say all but nine were under the age of 21.
Quispe says he was home, but didn't know the party was happening.
He’s been charged with "making property available for underage consumption of alcohol."
Police say the teenagers were from Morristown High School, Bernardsville High School, Morristown-Beard School, Seton Hall Preparatory School and Shepard Preparatory School.
