Man shot in front of restaurant while horrified diners watched

Police say a man is recovering after being shot in front of a Flatlands restaurant while horrified diners looked on.
People were having lunch at the Arch Diner Sunday when the 22-year-old man was shot in the front parking lot on Flatlands and Ralph Avenue just after 3 p.m.
Police say the bullets grazed the back of the man's head, and that he was taken to Kings County Hospital with injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
Officials tell News 12 that after the shooting, a white Honda fled going south on Ralph Avenue, with the suspected shooter inside the vehicle.
