Police say they're searching for three suspects in connection to a stabbing in a Norwalk parking lot Saturday evening.

They say a bar fight led to the parking lot stabbing. Authorities received the call about the incident early Sunday morning from Norwalk Hospital.

Police say after speaking with the victim, they learned there had reportedly been a fight in a bar on Washington Street. The victim says he then left the bar and went to his car when he was approached.

Officials say three unknown individuals hit the victim with a vehicle and stabbed him in the abdomen.

The suspects then ran from the scene after the incident. The victim says he was brought to the hospital by his friends.

The victim is expected to recover. Police are asking anyone with information to contact them.
