A Milford man has been charged in connection to a domestic violence incident involving pepper spray.

Police say 28-year-old Jayson Rotz sprayed a man and woman inside a home on Locust Street. They say he then smashed all the windows of a car at the home.

Officials say they caught up with the suspect a short time later in an unregistered and uninsured car.

It is not clear how Rotz knew the two victims.
