Rutgers University student treated for bacterial meningitis; students notified

NEW BRUNSWICK -

A student at Rutgers University-New Brunswick is being treated for bacterial meningitis.

The student was in the hospital Monday and is receiving treatment and recovering.

Anyone who came in contact with the student was notified in an email so they can get antibiotics.
