DEA: Meth use on the rise in South Jersey; most meth around state comes from Mexico

Meth use is on the rise in South Jersey, according to the state division of the DEA.
According to officials, most of the meth that goes around the state is from Mexico and is very potent.
Officials say the drug has also been found in the western part of the state, and affects rural areas.
One reason for the increase in meth use is because it is used to combat heroin withdrawal symptoms.
Another reason is the drug is also inexpensive.
