Downed tree causes power outages in Mt. Arlington

MORRIS COUNTY -

Mount Arlington was among the areas hit with light snow this weekend.

Fallen trees caused some power outages in the area.

One tree fell around 9 a.m. Sunday on a power line. Crews cleaned up the tree but residents were left waiting for power to be restored.

Icy conditions and freezing were expected as temperatures continued to drop in the evening.

News 12 meteorologists say temperatures overnight will range from 1-10 degrees, but feel like -7 to -14 degrees due to the wind chills.
