JERSEY CITY -

A New Jersey actor now known for voicing a role on the animated television series “Bob’s Burgers “ was back in the state Thursday to speak with students.

Edison native John Roberts voices the character of Linda Belcher on the hit TV series. He came to the Ethical Community Charter School to walk about his life as an actor, standup comedian and singer.

“It’s nice to let them know that there are success stories from New Jersey. And that people just should dream big and work hard,” Roberts says.

Roberts is one in a series of artists speaking to the students at the school, who are also working on writing and producing their own movie.
