Police: 2 girls in wigs dine & dash at Applebee’s, lead police on pursuit

Four people, including two girls in wigs, have been accused of skipping out on the tab, and making a run for it, at an Applebee's in Clifton.

Four people, including two girls in wigs, have been accused of skipping out on the tab, and making a run for it, at an Applebee's in Clifton.
The incident happened at the Applebee's at 375 Route 3 East.
Dellmicah Dennis, 18, of East Orange, and Damian Negron, 18, of Montclair, were initially detained in the area.
According to police, Chante Royal, 19, of Montclair, and Jasmine Ramsey, 18, of Orange, were stopped while driving the wrong way near the entrance and exit to the Clifton Commons.
Police say following questioning with the officer, Royal took off with the officer’s arm still inside the vehicle, dragging him roughly 50 feet.
After a pursuit, Royal crashed after getting onto the turnpike and Route 280.
All face numerous charges.
