A homeless Bayonne man faces charges for allegedly smearing feces on the walls of an apartment hallway.

Bayonne police say that they received a report of a disturbance Sunday at the building located at 28 Avenue C. When officers arrived, police say they found 71-year-old Harry Christensen sitting on the second floor landing. They also found human feces smeared on a wall of the first floor.

Police say that this is the second time this month that Christensen was arrested for defecating inside of the apartment building. He was also arrested on Jan. 9
