GoFundMe will begin issuing refunds to people who donated to the "We the people will build the wall" campaign.

The campaign, started by, a veteran from Florida, has raised more than $20 million to build a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.
Kolfage posted on the page last week the federal government wouldn't be able to access the funds, and instead started a non-profit to build the wall.
GoFundMe says the change in the use of funds means contributors will get a refund.

A spokesperson for GoFundMe says, “When the campaign was created, the organizer stated '100 percent of your donations will go to the Trump Wall. If for ANY reason we don't reach our goal, we will refund your donation.' However, that did not happen. This means all donors will receive a refund."
Donors can request GoFundMe to divert their funds to the new non-profit called "We Build the Wall, Inc."
