Many towns have enacted Cold Blue across New Jersey due to bitter cold January temperatures.

People who don't have a warm place to go can head to Riverwood Park Recreation Center in Toms River overnight.

Lakewood officials say people can stay overnight at the Lakewood Community Center or the Greater Bethel Church of God.

Officials have not commented if the towns will extend Cold Blue.
