A big part of the holiday season is the food and there's an exhibit that tells the history of food in New Jersey.
The exhibit From Cooking Pot to Melting Pot, New Jersey's Diverse Foodways at Rutgers University tells the story of how New Jersey came to be such a great place to find the best food.
Curator Fernanda Perrone built a visual tour of how immigrants have added to New Jersey's menu.
That exhibit will be on display in the Alexander Library in College avenue in New Brunswick through the end of February.
