Walmart turns to futuristic tech to clean its stores

Walmart will turn to some futuristic technology to keep its stores clean. The retailer says its stores will start using autonomous floor cleaning machines from Brain Corp starting next month. Sensors can tell when the machines are approaching customers, and they eventually will be able to determine when shelves are low on inventory. 

SUVs are still the king of the road. According to Cox Automotive, sales of midsized SUVs and crossovers were up more than 11 percent last month. Meanwhile, sales of compact cars were down more than 18 percent during that same period. It comes as manufacturers like Chrysler, Ford and GM are abandoning a number of sedan models.

Apple is teaming up with the Grammy Awards to announce this year's nominees. Friday morning, Apple Music customers will be able to watch a live stream of the announcement that will also air live on CBS. The announcement had been planned for Wednesday, but was postponed due to the funeral of President George H.W. Bush.
