The Monmouth County prosecutor says the man charged with killing his brother and family in Colts Neck won't go to trial until 2020.
A judge Monday sealed a detective's report containing details about Paul Caneiro.
Paul has been charged with killing his brother, Keith, Keith's wife Jennifer and the couple's two children, 11-year-old Jesse and 8-year-old Sophia. Paul then allegedly set fire to the home last month to cover his tracks.
The affidavit could contain evidence and witness interviews.
According to a judge, releasing the information now could influence public opinion and affect the outcome of the trial.
Paul faces four counts of murder charges, as well as arson and weapons charges.
