Fiery crash snarls traffic on Interstate-80 in Fairfield

A fiery crash on Interstate-80 caused a traffic backup in Essex County Monday morning.
New Jersey State Police say that a woman pulled over on the shoulder of the highway to check her car. But they say that she forgot to put it into park and it rolled out on to the highway.
Police say that a box truck slowed down to avoid the car, but a van rear-ended the truck and both vehicles burst into flames.
The woman who pulled over was hurt when her runaway car hit her arm, but is expected to be OK.
The drivers of the truck and van were not hurt.
