The Suffolk mom who wants to end her son's chemotherapy treatments will be back in court on Monday.
According to court records, Candace Gundersen will be at family court in Central Islip to file a second emergency petition to stop her son's cancer treatment.
Nicholas is in remission after battling a rare form of leukemia.
Doctors say he still needs to undergo chemo to help prevent a more aggressive cancer.
