The state's Department of Health says the separating of patients at the Wanaque Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is complete after an adenovirus outbreak.
The facility has seen 11 children die from the adenovirus outbreak.
Officials say they have now separated medically fragile residents without symptoms from those who have the virus. They have also been grouped by lab testing status and symptoms.
The facility must hire and infection control practioner and a health department-approved physician who is certified in infectous disease.
No new patients are allowed, but that will be reassessed Monday.
