Newark announces street closures, parking restrictions for ‘Joker’ filming

NEWARK -

Officials in Newark have announced a number of street closures and parking restrictions ahead of Warner Brothers filming the movie "Joker."

The filming runs from Saturday at 5 a.m. through next Wednesday.

Parking will also be banned on both sides of the streets.

Police suggest anyone traveling in the area to take extra time or plan alternate routes.
