A man who made headlines along with his girlfriend for allegedly mismanaging donations meant for a homeless man is under arrest for not paying a traffic ticket.
Police stopped Mark D'Amico last October and found he had a suspended license.
According to police, D'Amico also failed to appear in court twice.
D'Amico and his girlfriend, Katelynn McClure, are accused of stealing some of the $400,000 from a GoFundMe page they started for John Bobbitt after Bobbitt gave McClure his last $20 when she ran out of gas.
Bobbitt is suing the couple over mismanaging the funds.
D'Amico and McClure deny any wrongdoing.
Their attorney says the couple may soon face indictment.
