Party City is rolling out a new pilot program with 50 new Toy City stores to fill the void left by Toys R Us.
One is located at the Rockaway Townsquare Mall in Morris County.
It took over a space formerly occupied by Babies R Us.
The concept is to have the pop-ups next to Halloween City and keep them open through the holiday season.
Several other Toy City stores are opening in the coming weeks, including locations in Paramus, Woodbridge and Clifton.
