Based on their site reviews, Gallagher's Burger Bar in Atlantic City was named the best in the state.

The site used tens of thousands of ratings and reviews.

The list accounts for ratio and quality of the reviews compared to overall ratings.

Black Iron Burger in New York City was named the best in New York.
