PARAMUS -

A man from Georgia has been accused of calling in threats to Paramus Catholic High School.

According to the prosecutor's office, Marquise Smith called Paramus Catholic twice on May 10, threatening gun violence and bombings.

The prosecutor's office says Smith used technology to disguise his phone line, but investigators were able to track him down.

Smith surrendered to police last week.

He faces several charges, including creating a false public alarm.
