Crews rescue people from stores, cars after flash flood

There has been flash flooding around North Jersey.
Crews had to rescue people from stores and cars because of the flooding.
Video shows cars from a Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealer floating down the Peckman River and into a bridge.
Route 46 was shutdown as cars faced both directions tried to get out of the area. 
Cars were also floating away on the other side of the highway in Woodland Park.
News 12 is told told firefighters in boats and military trucks were rescuing people.
