The Neptune Municipal Building will reopen Friday after it was forced to close due to a lack of running water.

An overnight construction project apparently took out a waterline running toward the building.  Maintenance crews worked on repairs all day.

The closures affect the township library and offices. Court sessions were able to resume Thursday afternoon. 

The police department was not affected.

Water service has since been restored.
