Bad weather delays Beyoncé and Jay Z concert at MetLife

EAST RUTHERFORD -

Despite the bad weather, Beyoncé and Jay Z's Thursday night concert went on with only some interruptions.

Severe weather forced fans at the concert to seek shelter at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford.

Fans on the field and upper levels were told to go inside to the concourse as the storms passed.

Once the bad weather cleared, the show went on.

Beyoncé and Jay Z took the stage just after 11 p.m., playing their full set to almost 1:30 a.m. Friday.

They have another show planned for tonight at MetLife Stadium.

sorry to interrupt
