This week, Attorney General Gurbir Grewal postponed marijuana prosecutions for 30 days while the state develops guidelines to potentially downgrade or dismiss some offenses. The move is seen as yet another step toward legalization. To discuss the pros and cons, Eric Landskroner speaks with Assemblyman Jamel Holley and Point Pleasant Beach Mayor Stephen Reid, also Executive Director of NJ-RAMP.
