Chef’s Quick Tip: Italian ice cream parfait

Ingredients:
Vanilla ice cream
Amarena cherries
Grappa

Chocolate sauce (Hershey’s)
Whipped cream

Directions:
Take a jar of Amarena cherries. Drain a little of the syrup and top off with grappa.
Best if left to macerate for a few days. 
Top vanilla ice cream with cherries and syrup.  
Pour on some chocolate sauce.
Top with whipped cream and an Amarena cherry.
