Driver accused of crashing into Jersey City hot dog cart arrested

JERSEY CITY -

A driver accused of crashing into a hot dog cart in Jersey City has been arrested.

David Bowens is accused of leaving the scene back on June 20.

The incident happened last month at Glenn's Hot Dog and Grill on East Linden Avenue and Route 185.

One person was hurt as a result of the crash.

His BMW was found abandoned a short distance away.

Bowen is facing several charges, including driving with a suspended license.
