A grand jury in New York hands a 22-count indictment against the man accused in the Halloween truck attack.
Sayfullo Saipov killed eight people after investigators say he drove a truck onto a crowded bike path in lower Manhattan.
Charges include terrorism and murder.
A man from New Milford, Bergen County was among the victims.
The incident was the deadliest terror attack in New York City since September 11.
