1. Don't park in front of a fire hydrant.
A car owner did in Hamilton and there was a fire. Firemen had no choice but to break the windows and thread the fire hose through the front seat. On facebook, they wrote, "This is what happens when you park in front of a fire hydrant."

2. Kids don't like salad. But they shouldn't call 911 to complain about it.
A kid in Canada did. He called the cops because mom made him a salad and then he called back to see why police were taking too long to get there. Police posted the story on their website.

3. Dogs shouldn't fight porcupines.
In Texas, two dogs found out about that. The poor guys wound up with hundreds of quills all over. It took a couple hours at the vet to get them cleaned up. They should be OK in a couple weeks.
