Workers have been in bulldozers at beaches all morning across the Jersey Shore, getting the sand ready for the summer rush.
At one neighborhood in Brick Township, residents say the sights and sounds of the beach replenishment project during the holiday weekend is music to their ears.
The more than $120 million project will add 22-foot high dunes and extend the beach at least 200 feet once completed.
