The dispatch calls made Thursday following the deadly bus crash on Interstate 80 in Mount Olive have been released.
Students from East Brook Middle School in Paramus were on a field trip when their bus collided with a dump truck.
When dispatchers found out how critical the situation was, they asked for any ambulance in the area to get there as quickly as possible.
“Any available EMT, EMS respond. Route 80 West at 25. Requesting additional BLS ALS Units.”
The crash killed beloved teacher Jennifer Williamson-Kennedy and a student.
The name of that student has not yet been released.
