Bayonne Fire Department raises money for child burn victims

BAYONNE -

The Bayonne Fire Department is making New Jersey proud through their fundraising efforts.

Firefighters with the department raised $2,000 for children burn victims at St. Barnabas Hospital in Livingston. It was all part of the burn center’s annual aluminum can drive, which raises money.

Bayonne Mayor Jimmy Davis sent out a Tweet Friday commending the fire department for their great effort.
