More than 135,000 pounds of Salisbury steak products recalled

Conagra Brands Incorporated is recalling more than 135,000 pounds of Salisbury steak products.
According to the USDA, the family size steaks and brown gravy might be contaminated with bones and other materials.
So far, there have been three reports of people suffering minor mouth injuries from the steaks.
Several consumer complaints have also been reported.
The affected items were produced on March 10, 2018 and have a best by date of Sept. 1, 2019.
