Authorities have identified a man who was shot at a grocery store Sunday evening as a 21-year-old Newark man.
The Essex County Prosecutor’s Office says that Tylil Bey-Blanchard was shot around 6:45 p.m. Sunday inside a grocery store located on the 300 block of Sixth Avenue. Bey-Blanchard died several hours later at University Hospital.
Officials have not released many details about the shooting, but say that so far no arrests have been made.
