Former Mahwah HS teacher accused of having sex with student

A former Mahwah High School teacher is facing charges for allegedly having sex with a student.
Prosecutors say that Joshua Green, 33, had sexual relations with one of his students when he worked at the school in 2015.
Green was arrested on April 4 and charged with sexual assault, official misconduct and endangering the welfare of a child.
Green is not currently employed in the Mahwah School District. It was not immediately known where he was currently employed.
