A decision on whether or not to allow sports betting in New Jersey was delayed.
The U.S. Supreme Court was expected to make a decision on the issue Monday.
The next possible date for action will be April 17.
New Jersey officials have been pushing for legalized sports betting in the state. They say that betting on sports could bring financial release for the horse racing industry.
