Jersey City police have arrested a woman who allegedly broke into the mayor’s home.
Officials say that Stephanie Espana broke into Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop’s home over the weekend.
The incident comes nine months after Espana supposedly disobeyed security measures at City Hall and made her way into Fulop’s office.
Prosecutors are calling for Espana to undergo a mental health evaluation.
Espana was charged with burglary, harassment and stalking.
