Investigators probe 2 homicides in Newark

NEWARK -

Newark police and the Essex County Prosecutor's Office are investigating two homicides which occurred this week.

They happened on Leslie Street and Vassar Avenue.

According to Newark police, investigators have leads on the murders but have not yet made any arrests.

They believe the incidents are not related.
