‘Paw Patrol Live’ features 2 Brooklyn natives

Two women who grew up in Brooklyn have returned to the borough as stars in the “Paw Patrol Live” tour at the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden.
Brooklyn natives Jewell Noel and Zakiya Baptiste are hoping their accomplishments will inspire young girls from Brooklyn.
"It could be a girl sitting here in ‘Paw Patrol Live’ seeing the show and realizing, ‘That is someone that looks like me. I can do this job someday,’" says Noel.
The live show is based off of the Nickelodeon series. The puppies of “Paw Patrol” are rescue dogs in training led by their owner, Ryder.
Baptiste, a graduate of Poly Prep County Day School in Bay Ridge, says her theater teachers helped her to realize her dream.
“Paw Patrol Live! The Great Pirate Adventure” will be running at Madison Square Garden through Sunday, March 25.
