News 12 Storm Watch: Hudson County

News 12’s Marci Rubin was out in Hudson County checking out the snow conditions as New Jersey deals with the state’s fourth winter storm this March.

Rubin caught up with Andrew Impastato, “The Parking Dude,” in Hoboken, whose business helps shovel people’s cars and walkways by way of an app.

She also learned the proper technique for shoveling snow so that she wouldn't get hurt.
