Three New Jersey men face multiple charges following a police pursuit in New York.

Police received a call three men were in the process of stealing from a Home Depot located in the Palisades Center Mall.

When police attempted to pull the suspect car over, the men took off.

The pursuit ended when the car crashed into the guardrail on I-87.

Curtis D Grimsley, 51, of Newark, and his two passengers, Vershone Dawes, 47, of Newark, and Marquis T. Harris, 31, of Irvington, were all taken into custody.
