Park Slope co-op surveying public on possible second location

Brooklyn could be getting a second co-op to go along with its Union Street location.
A new location could be set up in areas like Crown Heights, Flatbush, Bushwick or Bay Ridge after their first spot has gone beyond capacity.
The Park Slope co-op has asked for public input on their website via a survey that will help a committee decide the best spot based on various factors.
The survey asks what people are looking for in terms of financial stability or more bulk food, among other choices.
The co-op is also looking at other potential locations in Brooklyn and Queens.
The deadline to take the survey is May 1, and the co-op plans to publish the results of a study this summer.
