Posted: Updated:

Thousands of people turned out Saturday for one of the largest St. Patrick's Day parades in the state.

Since 1991, Morristown has been the home of Morris County's St. Patrick's Day Parade. This year's event didn't disappoint, with bagpipes, bands, floats, and 4,000 marchers.

The crowd was estimated to be over 50,000.

Organizers say the event, which bills itself as alcohol-free and family friendly, grows every year.
